1. On the support page, click the “Contact”button in the top right corner of your screen to open the support form.
2. Enter your details by filling in your name, subject, and email address.
Describe the Issue (How can we help?):
- Share exactly what happened.
- Include the page or feature you were using.
- Paste any error messages you saw.
- Attach screenshots or files using the upload icon.
Click “Send a message”. You’ll receive a confirmation and a reply to your email
