Starting Team Leader Review
During the team leader phase, you will login to Develop.Me and rate your team members. The three phases of the Develop.Me annual review process work together to give the team leader and team member the opportunity to be heard. Mobile: Completing Response Phase
The Response Phase is the last phase in the review process. You can see more in depth details here: https://open.life.church/training/87-develop-me-response-phase-of-the-review-process Once the team member completes their self review, their personal review will remain locked for them through the leader review and response until the team leader unlocks it for them. The key reason for this is so that the team member does not see the review until they are with their team leader.
