How do I set up Equip Groups?

To Set Up Equip Groups: 


Step 1: Log in to Develop.Me  https://app.cultivateleader.com/users/sign_in  


Step 2: From the left-hand menu, click Tracks


Step 3: At the top right-hand corner of the page, click Add Track


Step 4: From the New Track page, set up Equip Groups 

Step 5: At the Name field, enter a name for your track, then click Create


Step 6:  Next, you will need to add a cohort; cohorts are Equip Group pairings

Helpful Tip: Create a naming pattern for your Equip Groups. Your naming pattern should be an identifier for your groups. 

     Example: LEAD YEAR 1 WOMEN


Step 7: To add a group of students to a designated Equip Group, click the pencil icon at the right corner of the group button


Step 8: From the Edit Cohort page, select the student’s name you wish to add to the designated group from the list and click Add student  

Step 9: Once all of your students have been added to the designated group, click Update

Congratulations, you have successfully set up Equip Groups!
